Find your upcoming reservations, check in online before you arrive, get your door code and check out when you leave.
Important times & dates
- Online check-in opens 3 days before arrival — we email you a reminder with your link.
- Door code is issued once check-in is complete and works from 14:00 on arrival day until 12:00 on departure day.
- Balance is due before arrival; you can pay from your stay link.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — see our policies.
House rules
Arrival & departure
Check in from 15:00, check out by 10:00. Need different times? Message us and we'll do our best.
Quiet hours
22:00 – 07:00. The apartments share a building, so please keep noise low at night.
No parties or events
The homes are for the registered guests only. Extra visitors need to be cleared with us first.
No smoking indoors
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Indoor smoking incurs a deep-clean fee.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before arrival.
Leaving the home
Please bag your rubbish, switch off the aircon and leave the keys/code panel as you found it.
