The terms that apply to every Stayline reservation.
Booking & payment
A direct booking holds your dates for 30 minutes while details are confirmed. The reservation becomes confirmed once our team accepts it and payment instructions are settled. Rates shown include cleaning and any extras you select; local tourism levies, where applicable, are collected separately. Cancellation
Cancel more than 7 days before arrival for a full refund of anything paid. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable and the remainder is refunded. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Date changes are free subject to availability.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in opens at 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Self check-in uses a time-bound door code that activates on your arrival day and expires after departure. Late check-out may be available and must be agreed in advance.
House rules
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors at any home. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Pets are welcome only where the property page says so.
Damage & liability
Accidents happen — tell us and we'll sort it out. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, and for the safe use of appliances and any keys or access devices issued during the stay.
Privacy
We collect only the guest information needed to deliver the stay and meet local registration requirements: name, contact details, and where required, identification. Data is never sold, and access codes are revoked automatically after check-out.
